§ 71.04 AIRPORT TENANT.
   (A)   An "airport tenant" is one who has a current lease with the airport.
   (B)   Each airport tenant shall complete and sign the airport's T-hangar/tie down lease agreement.
   (C)   A Category D, E, F, H and I FBO cannot be located in a T-hangar. T-hangars are designated for the storage of aircraft and aircraft-related items only.
