Any person or business violating any provisions of this chapter or any rule, order, or regulation made pursuant to ordinance shall be subject to a penalty in an amount not to exceed $500. Each day the violation exists shall be consider a separate violation. The penalty provided for herein is cumulative to other remedies or enforcement processes the city may have.
