(A) Sales made in the usual course of business; sales made to dealers by commercial travelers or sales agents in the usual course of business are exempt from the provisions of this section;
(B) Peddlers or vendor promoting a city sponsor event;
(C) Farmers or gardeners who sell agricultural products that were raised or grown by them and are not refined;
(D) Sales made under authority and/or by order of law;
(E) Fundraisers for educational organizations that are addressed within the Atascosa County;
(F) Nonprofit organizations that are addressed within the Atascosa County;
(G) "Lemonade stands" or other similar enterprises operated solely by children under the age of 16;
(H) Vendors under the Food Cottage Law;
(I) Newspaper carriers;
(J) City's concession stands;
(K) School district concession stands.
(L) Note: Any person or group who are exempt from permitting shall comply with this chapter and are subject to inspection at any time during their operation.
