§ 116.26 OPERATIONS AND REGULATIONS.
   (A)   The itinerant food vendors shall comply with the most current Texas Established Food Regulation in effect by the State of Texas Health Department.
   (B)   Vendors shall operate any day between the hours of 6:00 am to 12:00 pm.
   (C)   Vendors shall not obstruct sight distance for drivers.
   (D)   Vendors shall not impede access to the entrances or driveway of any properties.
   (E)   Vendor's vehicles shall not make or cause to be made any unreasonable or excessive noise. The operation of all vendor's vehicles shall meet the city noise ordinance, including generators. No loud music, other high decibel sound, horns, or amplified announcements are allowed.
   (F)   No flashing or blinking lights, or strobe lights are allowed on vendor's vehicles or related signage when the vehicle is parked and engaged in serving customers. All exterior lights with over 60 watts or equivalent LED lights shall contain opaque, hood shields to direct the illumination downward.
   (G)   Signage is only allowed when placed on vendor's vehicle. No separate freestanding signs are permitted.
   (H)   Vendor's vehicles shall not be parked on the street overnight or left unattended and unsecured at any time food is in the vehicle. Any vendor's vehicle found to be unattended shall be considered a public safety hazard and may be ticketed and impounded at the owner's expense.
   (I)   All peddlers granted permission within the city shall prominently display the photo identification tag or other approved form of identification issued to them by either the city, other government agency or have a company furnish identification tag.
   (J)   No sales are allowed within public park facilities without the written permission from the city's park director.
   (K)   Itinerant vendors and itinerant food vendors shall not be located on residential property or within 200 feet of an occupied residential house.
   (L)   Tax-ID and vendor permit shall be displayed.
   (M)   It shall be unlawful to sell in the city as aforesaid without carrying a permit while engaged in the soliciting or selling.
   (N)   Peddlers (door-to-door) may only sell between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday or any designated holidays except by specific appointment with or an invitation from the prospective customer.
   (O)   Itinerant food vendor shall be equipped with a portable trash receptacle, and shall be responsible for proper disposal of solid waste and waste water.
