An applicant whose registration was denied or registrant whose certificate was revoked shall have the right to appeal to the City Council. An applicant shall also have the right to appeal any adverse decision of the City of Pleasanton to the City Council. Any appeal must be demanded in writing and sent by certified mail to the City Secretary within 14 calendar days of the decision that is being appealed. The right of appeal to the City Council is not in derogation of any other rights in law or equity the applicant might have.
