§ 116.07 VARIANCE.
   The regulatory authority may grant a variance by modifying or waiving the requirement of the TFER rule if in the opinion of the regulatory authority a health or nuisance will not result from the variance. If a variance is granted, the regulatory authority shall comply with TFER § 228.243 Variances.
