§ 116.06 INSPECTION.

Itinerant food vendor units will be subject to inspections upon permit application through the Community Development Services Department and the Fire Marshal, and may be subject to random inspection and upon renewal of permit. All other vendors whether exempt or not are subject to random inspections.
