(A) Splash pad is unsupervised.
(B) Park operating hours are 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with exception to inclement weather.
(C) All children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision.
(D) Toddlers must wear swim diapers.
(E) Climbing on splash pad features is prohibited.
(F) Bicycles, skateboards, skates, scooters, and all motorized vehicles are prohibited.
(G) No food or drink in splash pad.
(H) The city reserves the right to modify these rules as necessary to meet changing circumstances.
