§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates a rule or ordinance may not exceed $500 plus municipal and administrative fees except that:
      (1)   Any person who violates a rule or ordinance that governs a fire safety, or public health and sanitation other than dumping refuse, may not exceed the sum of $2,000 plus municipal court and administrative fees.
      (2)   Any person who violates a rule or ordinance that governs the dumping of refuse may not exceed $4,000 plus municipal and administrative fees.
   (B)   Any person who violates a rule, provisions of this chapter, or fails to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, within the city limits shall be deemed guilty of an offense and shall be liable for a fine. Each day the violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. Such penalty shall be in addition to all the other remedies provided herein.
