The following actions are subject to court citation without any prior notice:
(A) Leaving grass clippings or foliage in the right-of-way after lawn maintenance performed by anyone.
(B) Vegetative overgrowth, overgrown grass and/or weeds which have grown to a height, at any point on the property, of greater than 24 inches.
(C) Bulky or brush waste placed at curbside/ROW more than two weeks before the scheduled time for pick-up services.
(D) Burning of garbage or rubbish.
(E) Burying of garbage or rubbish within the ground.
(F) Accumulation of used tires on the property not properly stored from holding water which can create a place for mosquitoes to breed or rodents to harbor.
(G) Dumping of rubbish, solid waste and garbage within the rights-of-way, waterway drainage or city property.
