§ 90.11 ENFORCEMENT OPTIONS.
   Every person owning or possessing any place in or on which there exists a nuisance described in this chapter shall, as soon as its existence comes to his or her knowledge, proceed at once to abate the nuisance. Any person who fails to comply with the provisions of the chapter, the Code Enforcement Officer may at his or her discretion:
   (A)   Issue one or more court citations for the violation of this chapter without prior notice.
   (B)   Issue a warning notice to abate the nuisance violation within a period not to exceed more than five consecutive days.
   (C)   Commence abatement action and proceed with the abatement of the nuisance.
   (D)   Make a request to the City Manager that the City Attorney institute a suit for civil remedies as provided by this chapter and state law.
