The purpose of this chapter is to provide for public health and general welfare, the efficient and effective provision of the City of Pleasanton and the protection of the environment and natural resources of the community. From and after the passage of this chapter all occupancies and uses within the City of Pleasanton (city) shall conform to the following rules and regulations.
