Little leagues, senior leagues, semi-pro leagues and select sports teams who have received permits as designated by this chapter shall be allowed to charge and retain admission fees to their scheduled games and events. In addition the Pleasanton Independent School District and other school districts utilizing the park may charge and retain admission fees to their regularly schedules games, district and regional tournaments.
