(1) Target: 10% reduction in daily water demand.
(2) City will reduce waterline flushing.
(3) Request customers to adhere to Stage 1 watering schedule.
(4) Customers are requested to minimize non-essential uses.
(B) Stage 2: moderate drought condition.
(1) Target: 20% reduction in daily water demand.
(2) Require customers to adhere to Stage 2 watering schedule.
(3) Customers are required to minimize non-essential uses.
(C) Stage 3: severe drought condition.
(1) Target: 30% reduction in daily water demand.
(2) City will eliminate flushing of waterlines.
(3) Require customers to adhere to Stage 3 watering schedule.
(D) Emergency water condition.
(1) Target: Achieve necessary reduction in daily demand.
(2) Non-essential and discretionary uses of water prohibited.
(3) Implement appropriate emergency response.
(4) Examine alternative sources.
