§ 51.15 METER TESTING, REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT.

   The city’s Meter Testing, Repair, and Replacement Program:

   (A)    Master meters are tested and calibrated periodically to within an accuracy of plus or minus 5%;

   (B)   All retail meters are tested and calibrated or replaced as necessary; and

   (C)   Meters that have abnormally high or low water usage are changed out as they are identified.
