§ 51.13 SCHEDULE AND TRACKING.
   (A)   The City Public Works Director and Utility Superintendent will act as the Administrator of the water conservation program. The Administrator will oversee the execution and implementation of all elements of the program. The Administrator is responsible for maintaining adequate records for program verification.
   (B)   The Administrator will monitor the progress of the Water Conservation Plan, using information from water utility records and staff. Additionally, the Administrator will be responsible for submission of an annual report to the TWDB on the progress, and any changes to the Water Conservation Plan.
