(A) The Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) requires that the city submit a Water Conservation Plan every five years to coincide with the Regional Water Planning Cycle. The TWDB also requires that the city submit the following information annually:
(1) Water Loss Audit, May 1;
(2) Annual Report, May 1; and
(3) Water Use Survey, March 1.
(B) The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) requires that the city submit a Drought Contingency Plan every five years to coincide with the Regional Water Planning Cycle.
