§ 51.04 APPLICATION OF WATER MANAGEMENT AND DROUGHT CONTINGENCY PLAN.

The provisions of this chapter shall apply to all persons, customers, and property utilizing water provided by the City of Pleasanton. The terms PERSON and CUSTOMER as used in this chapter include individuals, corporations, partnerships, associations, and all other legal entities.
