There is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing uniform personnel policies for employees of the City of Pleasanton those policies contained in the booklet entitled “City of Pleasanton Employee Handbook” as prepared by the city’s legal and administrative staff. The same is hereby adopted by reference and shall remain in effect until otherwise amended by the City Council.
