§ 150.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violations of § 150.01.
      (1)   Violation a misdemeanor. Any person violating any of the provisions of § 150.01 or other ordinances enforced by the building official shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Each such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each day, or portion thereof, during which any violation of any of the provisions of § 150.01 is committed, continued or permitted. Each violation may be punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
      (2)   Unlawful continuance. Any person who shall continue any work after having been served with a stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall he liable to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500.
   (B)   Violations of § 150.04. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 150.04 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction, be subject to a fine up to $2,000 in accordance with the general provisions of the City of Pleasanton Code of Ordinances.
   (C)   At the discretion of the judge who has jurisdiction over this offense, the judge may dismiss a violation under this chapter if the defendant remedies the violation within ten working days of the date of citation, upon the assessment by the judge and payment by the defendant of a special expense fee of $25 for dismissal of a violation under this chapter.
