§ 150.47 PRIOR LAW APPLICABLE TO EXISTING RV PARKS.
   This subchapter, as amended by Ord. 12-1070, supersedes any and all ordinances to the extent of any conflict. Those RV parks built under the provisions of Ord. 10-1135 and permitted before July 5, 2012, will be subject to the provisions in that ordinance during each permit renewal period. Any expansion or major renovation of any permitted RV park will be subject to the provisions of the subchapter as amended by Ord. 12-1070.
