§ 10.25 DISCHARGE OF FIREARMS PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Discharge of any gun or firearm prohibited. The discharge of any gun, pistol or firearm of any kind within the city limits of the City of Pleasanton, Texas, is prohibited.
   (B)   Discharge of any air rifle or air pistol prohibited. The discharge of any air rifle or air pistol of any description, by whatever name known, that by means of compressed air, compressed gas, springs or any other means, is capable of discharging shots, pellets or any solid object at a velocity in excess of 300 feet per second, on or across any public square, street or alley, on or across any property belonging to another person without the consent of the owner of said other property, within the city limits of the City of Pleasanton, Texas, is prohibited.
   (C)   The discharging of a firearm by a peace officer for the purpose of qualification and training at the firing range within the City of Pleasanton is hereby allowed.
