§ 114.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation. Any person, business owner, manager violating any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction of such violation, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $500 per machine, per violation for each day that the violation occurs. The unlawful operation of any single coin-operated machine shall constitute a distinct and separate offense for each day that the same is operated, or exhibited and is punishable by a fine not to exceed $500. In addition to any other penalty or punishment imposed by law, violation of this section shall be cause for revocation of a coin-operated machine premises permit issued pursuant to this section.
   (B)   Revocation of permit. The City Council, or its designees, may revoke any permit to maintain and operate a coin-operated business under this chapter.
