§ 98.08 DEFERRAL.

The Planning and Zoning Commission shall be allowed to consider variances to the tree removal permit and tree replacement plan where literal enforcement would result in creation of an unnecessary hardship or impractical application of the plan, considering the physical characteristics of the lot or parcel of land in question.
