No permit granted hereunder shall ever be held to bar prosecution for violation of any other provision of this subchapter or any other section or code of this city, or to prevent the enforcement of any such provision or ordinance or inhibit the exercise of powers and duties of any officer under the terms of any such provision or ordinance.
