Any RV park having a swimming pool or wading pool shall operate it in a sanitary manner and provide for the safety of swimmers and the public in accordance with methods approved by the Code Enforcement Officer. Any RV park constructing a swimming pool or wading pool shall submit complete plans and specifications to the Building Official and Code Enforcement Official for approval. A building permit for the construction of such pools shall be obtained and same shall be constructed according to the approved design.
