§ 150.40 GUEST REGISTRATION.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the owner, his or her manager, representative or agent to keep an up-to-date record of all guests and occupants of an RV park, noting thereon the following:
      (1)   Name and present home address of each occupant.
      (2)   Number of occupants in each RV.
      (3)   Date of commencement and termination of occupancy.
      (4)   License number and description of all RVs, automobiles or other vehicles, together with the name of the state issuing such license.
   (B)   The above records shall be kept in designated office and be open for inspection at all times by the Police Department or proper city official.
