§ 150.35 PURPOSE, INTENT, APPLICABILITY AND SCOPE.

The purpose and intent of this subchapter is to provide certain minimum standards, provisions and requirements for safe, sanitary and suitable methods for construction and operation of RV parks within the city and its ETJ. The provisions of this section shall apply to all RV parks established after the effective date of Ord. 12-1070 and to all substantial additions or changes to existing RV parks.
