§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any minor violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C Misdemeanor as defined in the Texas Penal Code and shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Tex. Family Code, Title 3.
   (B)   The parent(s) or guardian(s) of a minor violating this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C Misdemeanor, which shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500.
   (C)   The operator, owner or employee of any commercial establishment violating this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C Misdemeanor, which shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500.
   (D)   When required by the Tex. Family Code § 51.08, as amended, the City of Pleasanton's Municipal Court shall waive original jurisdiction over a minor who violates § 130.02(A) above and shall refer the minor to Juvenile Court.
   (E)   A person who violates a provision of this chapter is guilty of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted.
