§ 110.07 FEES FOR PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS OF BUILDING, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, GAS AND MECHANICAL WORK.
   The fees to be charged by the City of Pleasanton for required permits and inspections for building, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, gas and mechanical work done within the jurisdiction of the City of Pleasanton are shown in the divisions below.
   (A)   Building permits and inspections; schedule of fees.
      (1)   Plan check fees. The charge for review of plans when required before the issuance of a building permit will be as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the fee is on file in the city offices.
      (2)   Permit fees. The permit fees are as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the permit fees are on file in the city offices.
      (3)   Moving fee. For the moving of any building or structure, the fee shall be as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the moving fee is on file in the city offices.
      (4)   Demolition fee. For the demolition of any building of structure, the fee shall be: The demolition fee is as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the demolition fee is on file in the city offices.
      (5)   Reinspection fee. Where an inspection is requested but the work is either not completed at the scheduled time of inspection, or is performed incorrectly, a reinspection fee, as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time, shall be paid before the Inspector shall make a second inspection at that location. A copy of the fee is on file in the city offices.
      (6)   Penalties. Where work for which a permit is required by the Building Code is started or proceeded prior to obtaining the permit, the fees herein specified shall be doubled, but the payment of the double fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the requirements of this code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
   (B)   Plumbing permits and inspections; schedule of fees.
      (1)   Permit fees. The permit fees are as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the permit fees are on file in the city offices.
      (2)   Reinspection fee. Where an inspection is requested but the work is either not completed at the scheduled time of inspection, or is performed incorrectly, a reinspection fee, as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time, shall be paid before the Inspector shall make a second inspection at that location. A copy of the fee is on file in the city offices.
      (3)   Penalties. Where work for which a permit is required by the Plumbing Code is started or proceeded prior to obtaining the permit, the fees herein specified shall be doubled, but the payment of the double fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the requirements of this code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
   (C)   Electrical permits and inspections; schedule of fees.
      (1)   Permit fees. The permit fees are as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the permit fees are on file in the city offices.
      (2)   Reinspection fee. Where an inspection is requested but the work is either not completed at the scheduled time of inspection, or is performed incorrectly, a reinspection fee, as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time, shall be paid before the Inspector shall make a second inspection at that location.       (3)   Penalties. Where work for which a permit is required by the Electrical Code is started or proceeded prior to obtaining the permit, the fees herein specified shall be doubled, but the payment of the double fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the requirements of this code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
   (D)   Gas permits and inspections; schedule of fees.
      (1)   Permit fees. The permit fees are as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the permit fees are on file in the city offices.
      (2)   Reinspection fee. Where an inspection is requested but the work is either not completed at the scheduled time of inspection, or is performed incorrectly, a reinspection fee, as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time, shall be paid before the Inspector shall make a second inspection at that location. A copy of the fee is on file in the city offices.
      (3)   Penalties. Where work for which a permit is required by the Gas Code is started or proceeded prior to obtaining the permit, the fees herein specified shall be doubled, but the payment of the double fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the requirements of this code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
   (E)   Mechanical permits and inspections; schedule of fees.
      (1)   Permit fees. The permit fees are as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the permit fees are on file in the city offices.
      (2)   Reinspection fee. Where an inspection is requested but the work is either not completed at the scheduled time of inspection, or is performed incorrectly, a reinspection fee, as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time, shall be paid before the inspector shall make a second inspection at that location. A copy of the fee is on file in the city offices.
      (3)   Temporary operation inspection fee. When preliminary inspection is requested for purposes of permitting temporary operation of a heating, ventilating, refrigeration or air conditioning system or portion thereof, a fee, as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time, shall be paid by the contractor requesting the preliminary inspection. If the system is not approved for temporary operation on the first preliminary inspection, the usual reinspection fee shall be charged for each subsequent preliminary inspection for that purpose. A copy of the fee is on file in the city offices.
      (4)   Penalties. Where work for which a permit is required by the Mechanical Code is started or proceeded prior to obtaining the permit, the fees herein specified shall be doubled, but the payment of the double fee shall not relieve any persons fran fully complying with the requirements of this code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
