(A) No person shall be allowed to check out any library materials unless that person has been issued a valid library card.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to furnish a false name or address to register or to forge or furnish false identification or library card not belonging to that person for the purpose of borrowing or removing any book, article or material from the Pleasanton Public Library.
