§ 94.04 NOISY VEHICLES GENERALLY.
   The use of any automobile, motorcycle or other vehicle so out to repair, so loaded or in such a manner so as to create loud and unreasonable grating, grinding, rattling or any other unreasonable sounds is hereby prohibited and declared to be unlawful.
