§ 92.02 ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER.
   (A)   There shall be appointed Animal Control Officers whose duty it will be to gather up and impound all animals running at large within the city limits.
   (B)   It shall be the responsibility of the Pleasanton Animals Control Officers and the Pleasanton Police Department to enforce the provisions of this chapter, with all power, authority and duty to accomplish this purpose.
