(A) International Fire Code adopted. There is hereby adopted for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion the International Fire Code, most current edition and latest revisions thereto, of which code not less than one copy shall be placed on file in the office of the City Secretary, and the same is hereby adopted and incorporated as fully as if set out at length herein, except as it may conflict with provisions of this code of ordinances.
(B) Appeals. Appeals under the International Fire Code and enforcement thereof shall be directed to the City Council.
(C) Liability of city under this section. Neither the city, or any authorized agent, acting under the terms of this section shall be liable or have any liability by reason of orders issued, work done, inspections made or failure to make inspections under the terms of this section.
