   (A)   The afternoon hours for reduced speed in all school zones within the city are 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on regular school days.
   (B)   (1)   Except as otherwise provided herein, persons operating any type of motor vehicle in these areas shall observe and obey the speed limit and other school zone restrictions, and the penalty for violation shall be a fine not to exceed $500 and costs of the court as allowed by law.
      (2)   Persons operating any type of motor vehicle on the portions of State Highway 97 described in Ord. 12-1055 shall observe and obey the speed limit, and the penalty for violation shall be a fine not to exceed $200 and costs of the court as allowed by law.
