(A) Water taps.
(1) The following amounts will be charged to any customer requiring service from the city water lines prior to the installation of that tap.

(2) Additional fees may be charged for incidental services as determined by the Utilities Superintendent.
(B) Sewer taps.
(1) The following amounts will be charged to any customer requiring service from the city sewer lines prior to the installation of that tap.

(2) Additional fees may be charged for incidental services as determined by the Utilities Superintendent.
(C) Transfer fees.
(1) A fee of $25 will be charged for the transfer of service from one address to another within the city utility service area.
(2) That amount is payable at the time the transfer request is made
(3) The city will allow the customer two weeks to retain service at the previous address to accommodate cleaning and other necessary work while the transfer is made by the customer.
