(C) Bulk water fees.
(1) Bulk water sold on a non-metered basis will cost as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the rates or charges are on file in the city offices.
(2) Those customers purchasing bulk water on a metered basis will be billed as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time. A copy of the rates or charges are on file in the city offices.
(D) Returned check fees. The city will charge as may be determined and set by City Council from time to time for checks returned by a banking institution for any reason. A copy of the rates or charges are on file in the city offices.
(E) Deposit. A deposit of $75 is required for customers using water and/or sewer services, for a maximum of two weeks for cleaning and/or other preparations. All other rates and service fees apply.
(F) Service fee. A $5 service fee will be charged for any utility payments made by phone with a customer service representative.
(G) Other applicable fees as determined by merchant services.
