§ 31.13 INVESTMENT POLICY ADOPTION AND REVIEW BY CITY COUNCIL.
   (A)   This policy shall take the place of any previous policy in conflict.
   (B)   The policy and strategies shall be reviewed on an annual basis, with a resolution approving that review and changes to the policy from the review will be passed by the Council.
