(A) The City Secretary shall submit monthly to the City Manager and quarterly reports to the City Council containing sufficient information to permit an informed outside reader to evaluate the performance of the investment program and consistent with statutory requirements.
(B) All reports shall be in compliance with the Act. Market prices for market evaluations will be obtained from an independent source.
