(A) The city shall have the power to administer and enforce the provisions of this subchapter as may be required by governing law.
(B) Any violation of this subchapter is a Class C misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to exceed $500.
(C) The city Police Department shall have the power to have a golf cart towed to a city-approved impound lot at the sole expense of the golf cart owner if the golf cart is operated in violation of this subchapter or left abandoned on public property or a public right-of-way.
(D) Prosecution of an offense under this subchapter does not preclude other enforcement remedies under this subchapter, and the enforcement of other remedies under this subchapter does not prevent prosecution for a violation of this subchapter.
