(A) No permit shall be required for ambulances operating at the request of the city in cases of a disaster.
(B) Air medical services shall not be required to have a permit to operate within the city for air medical services.
(C) Nine-one-one (911) providers, such as Atascosa County EMS or other EMS services, to include privately owned ambulances that provide contracted 911 service.
