Any showing by a city department or the health department, that any licensed massage establishment is being operated or maintained contrary to the public health or the health of its patrons or customers, or without due regard to proper sanitation or hygiene, or contrary to any or all, of the conditions of this chapter or the Utah Massage Therapy Practice Act, shall be sufficient cause for the revocation of its or his or her license consisted with section 3-1-14 of this Title. Massage establishments are also subject to the Suspension or Revocation provisions found section 3-1-14 and 3-1-15 of this Title. (Ord. 2021-13, 5-4-2021)
