11-1-4: APPEALS:
Any person aggrieved by, or affected by any decision of the DRC may appeal the decision to the Planning Commission. Any appeal from a decision by the Planning Commission is made to the Hearings Officer as provided in title 2, chapter 4 of this Code. (Ord. 2017-29, 5-16-2017)
