8-1-18: SCARCITY OF WATER:
In the event of scarcity of water, whenever it shall in the judgment of the city council be necessary, the mayor shall by proclamation limit the use of water for other than domestic purposes, to such an extent as may be required for the public good. (1990 Code § 13.04.220)
