8-1-17: TURNING WATER ON AFTER SHUT OFF:
It is unlawful for any person, after the water has been turned off from his premises, on account of nonpayment of charges, or for violation of the rules and regulations relating to the water supply to turn the water on again or allow the water to be used without authority. (1990 Code § 13.04.190; amd. 2003 Code)
