The applicant shall have the right to appeal the denial of a permit to the city council. A notice of appeal shall be filed with the city recorder within five (5) days after receipt of notice of the denial. The city council shall act upon the appeal at its next regular meeting following receipt of the notice of appeal. (1990 Code § 12.20.090; amd. 2003 Code)
