7-4-6: AUTHORITY TO IMPOSE CONDITIONS:
The chief of police shall have authority to impose such conditions as are necessary to ensure that all of the findings mentioned in this chapter shall exist during the continuation of the activity. (1990 Code § 12.20.060)
