7-1-13: REMOVAL OF SNOW, ICE, OBSTRUCTIONS AND WEEDS:
It is unlawful for any owner, tenant or occupant, or the agent of any owner of any property abutting or adjoining any public sidewalk within the city to fail to clean and remove all snow, ice, weeds, litter and obstructions from such public sidewalks. (1990 Code § 12.04.140)
