7-1-6: SIDEWALK MAINTENANCE:
It is unlawful for the owners or occupants of places of business within the city to fail to cause the sidewalk abutting thereon to be swept or cleaned each morning before the hour of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. (1990 Code § 12.04.060)
