5-4-4: EXCEPTIONS:
The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any person or organization engaged in the practice of harvesting deer pursuant to the adopted Urban Deer Control Plan provided said actions are in compliance with the Plan. (Ord. 2020-15, 7-21-2020)
